MC386V2V places parts from 0201s to ultra fine pitch QFPs, SOICs, PLCCs, BGAs, µBGAs, CSPs - even large devices such as 3mm pitch QFPs. Capacity for up to 108 barcode-readable smart feeders gives the flexibility of setting up production runs without the need for changeovers. The included conveyor accelerates production by allowing one board to be loaded while another is being processed. To move up to full inline assembly, just add a printer, reflow system, and indexing modules. Placement speed of 6,400 pph is assured by Cognex© upper and lower flying vision.
