The PRO 6 series will add value and increased quality to your production process by providing multiple technologies built into a single work cell. The PRO 6Td is a dual-head soldering robot system that may be configured with both iron tip and diode laser soldering heads, or any combination of the two. The soldering robots may be independently controlled for progressive assembly or used in sequence for high output.

The robot’s end effector has been designed to allow the soldering head and automatic solder feeder to be dynamically independent and adjustable from one another. The vision system may be programmed to look for known fiducial points, analyze them and automatically center to that point (dynamically compensation) for 100 percent pinpoint accuracy. www.pro-mation-inc.com
