New: integraMate™ discrete contacts and connectors Imprimir E-Mail

QA Technology Company is pleased to announce the introduction of their new integraMate™ high reliability contact and connector product family.

The core technology of integraMate™ is a novel hyperboloid wire cage contact design that offers a low mating force, high cycle life and superior resistance to shock and vibration.  integraMate™ contacts also have an inherently smaller diameter than traditional hyperboloid contacts which means that they can be used when better electrical ratings or higher densities are desirable in a connector.

QA’s new integraMate™ D-Series circular connectors incorporate high-density integraMate™ hyperboloid contacts. The durable housings for the plug and receptacle are molded from impact resistant polycarbonate. The cable-mounted plug has a sturdy push button latch; the receptacle is mounted on the instrument panel. Cable clamps and bend reliefs for the plugs are available to suit a range of cable diameters. Three contact patterns are now available in the integraMate™ D-Series family: 7, 9 and 14 contacts; a 3 contact version will be available shortly. The pins and sockets are easily removable from the housings, and are available with crimp or solder terminations.

Applications for integraMate™ discrete contacts and D-Series connectors include medical and dental equipment, scientific instruments, military and aerospace; where dependability and durability are essential.

QA Technology Company, based in Hampton, NH, has been the premier manufacturer of spring loaded test probes used by printed circuit and electronics industries worldwide for over 25 years. www.qatech.com/integramate
