Dynamic EMS new Human Resources Manager appointed

Dynamic EMS announced the appointment of Victoria Bonnar, as Human Resources Manager. Ms.

Bonnar joins Dynamic EMS from global Norwegian seafood company Marine Harvest, where she spent over three years encouraging and supporting the growth of the organization from 27 people, to over 700. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Bonnar has held a number of HR positions and has led many strategic initiatives, one being the formation of an ‘Academy for Recruitment’, which is of particular interest to Dynamic EMS, as the company is currently taking several steps to help, educate and advise the electronics manufacturing industry on how to cope with the impending skills gap shortage. Ms. Bonnar has played an instrumental part in restructuring four organizations and various business units within these operations.
