Christian Müeller joins Europlacer to manage customer support in Germany
Placement equipment manufacturer Europlacer has announced that Christian Müeller has been appointed as Service Manager to head up its customer support team in Germany. Müeller joins the company from his role at respected distributor SmartTec, bringing years of industry experience in the SMT assembly sector.
The new Service Manager role encompasses management support across a range of Europlacer pick & place and screen printing products as well as a number of operational disciplines. Included in Müeller’s remit is the management of high-level maintenance support to customers in Germany and internationally, the provision of process development services shoulder-to-shoulder with customers, installation and training programmes, and driving technical feedback from the field to Europlacer’s R&D functions to improve the company’s products.
