STI recognizes customer service representative, Kelli King’s 10-year anniversary
STI Electronics, Inc., a full service organization providing training services, training materials, analytical/failure analysis, prototyping, and small-to-medium volume contract PCB assembly, announces Kelli King’s 10-year anniversary. King’s anniversary was celebrated with cake and all of her colleagues at STI. David Raby, President/CEO, presented her with a certificate in appreciation of her 10 years of dedicated service.
In her position as a customer service representative, King is responsible for handling all customer requests regarding training materials and training services. She also is responsible for ensuring that students attending training receive the proper materials, and she completes data entry and maintains the training records.
“Kelli has proven herself to be very versatile and able to bring her skills to various projects as needed,” said Diana Bradford, VP of Operations and Training Resources. “Her attention to detail and pleasant demeanor provide our customers with a great experience.”
The Training Services Division is an IPC Approved Training Center for Instructor (CIT) and Operator/Inspector (CIS) courses for all of IPC’s training and certification programs as well as an approved Marshall Space Flight Training provider for NASA related courses. STI conducts classes in its Madison, AL headquarters as well as its other training centers in Florida, Texas and Indiana. STI also provides training at customer facilities around the world.
