Pillarhouse International at productronica 2021
World Leaders in Selective Soldering
Pillarhouse International Ltd. today announced:
Pillarhouse International will once again be exhibiting at the Productronica 2021 Exhibition, in Hall A4 Stand A4.141, at the Messe München in Munich, Germany from the 16th to the 19th of November 2021.
For over 30 years, Pillarhouse International has been designing and manufacturing specialist soldering equipment for the electronics industries, offering an extensive range of selective soldering solutions from low cost, flexible, standalone bench top entry level systems through to advanced, high speed integrated in-line production cells.
At Productronica 2021, Pillarhouse will be exhibiting the Jade MKII – our most successful machine selling over 1,200 units globally to date. The Jade MKII is a single point selective soldering system designed to meet the needs of the small/medium batch manufacturer who requires high levels of production flexibility, offering uncompromised selective soldering quality at a very low cost.
A handload system, the Jade MKII incorporates a universally adjustable tooling carrier capable of accommodating PCB’s or pallets up to 457 x 508mm in size. As part of the philosophy for this system, a low maintenance solder bath and pump mechanism has been developed which moves in three axes of movement whilst not limiting access to the PCB. Solder is applied using proven technology through our AP nozzle design or custom specialised nozzles, incorporating patented spiral solder return to bath technology offering reduced solder balling potential.
This system has the capacity for retrofittable upgrades normally associated with high end platforms, such as top & bottom I.R. pre-heat with closed loop pyrometer control (top side only), real time laser PCB warp correction, ultrasonic fluxing and a 1.5mm micronozzle etc.
The Jade MKII is controlled by a PC, through PillarCOMMX, a Windows based ‘Point & Click’ interface with PCB image display. Additionally, PillarCOMMX has an offline package which allows the operator to produce programs independently from the machine using Gerber data.
Pillarhouse will be in Hall A4 and at Stand A4.141
