Techcon to show new smart dispensing robot & valve controllers at NEPCON China
Techcon, a leader in precision fluid dispensing technologies, will exhibit in Stand 1F38 at NEPCON China, scheduled to take place April 24-26, 2018 at the Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition & Convention Center. Company representatives will display the TSR2000 Smart Dispensing Robot, new Smart Valve Controllers, TS8100 Series Positive Displacement Pump and TS5000/TS7000 Series Rotary Valves.
The TSR2000 Smart Dispensing Robot is designed specifically for precise fluid dispensing applications and is compatible with all valve types and controllers. The user-friendly, smart PC-based software makes the robot easy to program and simple to operate. The vision system allows the robot to automatically correct part misalignment and shorten programming time via pattern recognition feature.
Techcon’s new series of smart valve controllers includes the TS550R, TS560R, TS570R and TS580R. Equipped with a universal power supply, the new smart valve controllers are fully ‘plug and play’ and can be used immediately, anywhere in the world.
The best-in-class smart controllers are equipped with Ethernet and WiFi interfaces that allow users to configure the exact parameters, and monitor and control the process from anywhere in the world. This feature complies with Smart Factory requirements of Industry 4.0.
The TS8100 Series Positive Displacement Pump is designed to dispense a wide range of fluids, from low viscosity coatings to high viscosity greases. Typical applications include under filling PCBA components, encapsulation and potting applications, applying lubrication on automotive parts, and dispensing pastes and flux.
Techcon Systems’ patented TS5000DMP-DCX Series Disposable Material Path (DMP) valve contains a disposable feed screw for easy maintenance and reliable dispensing. With a feed screw made of Delrin®, the valve is designed for use with two-compound and abrasive materials.
The TS7000 Series Interchangeable Material (IMP) Rotary Valves are the latest additions to the Rotary Microvalve family. The valve uses a feed screw (auger) to dispense fluid with a rotary displacement action, allowing ultra-precise control of the dispensing process. The valve’s modular design allows quick and easy replacement of the feed screw/chamber cartridge assembly without removing the valve from the machine.
