Course: Advanced Hand Soldering Techniques
This course provides the soldering technician with best-industry practices for hand soldering. State-of-the-art techniques are demonstrated for lead free drag soldering, removal and replacement of ultra-small chip components, soldering components with center grounds (DPAKs and BTCs), heavy thermal mass through-hole components, and BGA land pattern site preparation.

Course Time: 28 Minutes
Testing & Certification:
A Certificate of Completion will be issued to the student upon Completion of the testing requirement of the course. A passing grade of 70% is needed to receive the certificate. The student will be allowed to take the test a total of 3 times to achieve a passing grade.
